Molly Fierman

Admissions and Outreach

After struggling through her early 20s with addiction, Molly found a life in recovery and has spent that life helping those starting in their own recovery. After completing her degree in Community Health and a year in sober living, Molly joined Americorp and moved to Vermont to work as a teacher at the Maple Hill Farm and School, working with students and adults to gain practical skills and personal successes to prepare them for independence in life.  In 2012, Molly moved to Utah and started as a frontline tech in a treatment center eventually moving into an admissions role.

Molly’s goal working in Admissions and Outreach is to create connections, making treatment accessible and to make sure our potential clients and referents are supported. Recovery gave her the freedom to have a full, authentic, fun life and she is passionate about passing that energy on to our clients at Ascend.

Molly is a mom of 4: 3 girls and 1 boy. Along with a full house of kids, their family loves their animals! They have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 snake, and 3 bunnies. In her free time, Molly loves to camp, hike, but especially to run and organize group runs whenever possible to encourage others along the path!
