He completed an APA-approved pre-doctoral internship at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is currently licensed in the state of Utah as a psychologist (Utah license #4923696-2501). Dr. Livingstone was born and raised in Canada. He has been married for 19 years and he and his wife have four children. His personal interests include playing golf, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family.
